We reserve the right to refuse service based upon any rude, argumentative or threatening behavior toward the doctor or staff.

Payment is due at the time of service. We will except Care credit in addition to regular credit cards and cash. Checks will need to be preapproved and only accepted from established clients.

With our limited staff we cannot manage multiple online, outside store requests daily. Prescriptions may be purchased from our in-hospital pharmacy, our own online store, or a written prescription can be provided for the client to utilize to get from other outside pharmacy sources.
